OWI Labs builds independent workforce intelligence infrastructure for enterprise leaders who need proof of how work actually happens before restructuring, adopting AI, merging, or redesigning operations. OWI Labs is a Montreal-based (Québec, Canada) B2B platform, spun out in May 2026 to bring independent proof to organizational design. Where traditional HR analytics describes what happened, OWI Labs proves how an organization actually operates and turns that proof into defensible recommendations.

The platform is built on structured anonymous operational conversations, organizational modeling, evidence validation, quantified opportunities, and operational recommendations. Voice AI may be used to scale collection, but the product is the independent evidence layer: coverage proof, process inventory, bottleneck map, quantified opportunities, recommendation ledger, and evidence drawer.

OWI Labs is independent by design. It is not employee surveillance, individual scoring, or performance review software.
