Start small. Scale when it earns it.
Department campaign
Seats are your interview cap. They can't be increased later.
- Interviews in English or French, each person's choice
- A Workforce Digital Twin scoped to the team
- Redesign priorities backed by an evidence ledger
- A diagnostic report you can share with leadership
A diagnostic your leadership can act on.
One campaign produces the digital twin of the team and a report built from it. Not a survey score: a traceable account of how the department actually works, and what to do about it.
Workforce risk map
Where the team is fragile: single-person dependencies, overload, processes that hinge on undocumented knowledge.
Role-by-role clarity
Which roles are load-bearing, hard to replace, or drifting from their designed purpose, before a departure makes it visible.
AI readiness, grounded
Where AI genuinely helps this team, where it would break the work, and what's already being done by hand that shouldn't be.
A defensible priority list
Hire, redesign, or automate: what to change first, in what order, and what each change is worth, with every line traced to evidence.
One conversation per person. That's the whole ask.
30 minutes, once
Each person has one voice conversation with OWI's AI interviewer: less than a single meeting, on their own time, inside the campaign window.
No prep, no survey grid
A structured conversation in their own words about how their work actually happens. Nothing to fill in, nothing to rehearse.
Anonymous by design
Findings trace to workflows, never to a person. People can describe the work as it is, not as the org chart says it should be.
Before you launch.
What is a voice campaign?
A voice campaign is a structured, anonymized conversation between each member of your team and OWI's voice AI interviewer. Everyone answers the same core questions in their own words; the analysis turns those conversations into the digital twin and the diagnostic report.
How much of my team's time does it take?
One conversation of 30 minutes per person, once. That is less than a single meeting. People take it on their own time, whenever suits them inside the campaign window you set.
What happens right after I pay?
Your receipt arrives by email, along with access to your client space. A short guided setup follows: describe the team, open your campaign window, and share the campaign link with your team.
When do I get the report?
Within 48 hours of the last discussion. You receive the diagnostic report and access to the team's digital twin together.
Who sees what?
Every finding traces to the anonymized conversations behind it, never to a person. You get a leadership-shareable report; no individual transcript is ever exposed.
Why can't I add seats later?
A campaign is scoped, priced, and analyzed as one closed cohort: adding people mid-flight would change the model under analysis. Count everyone whose work touches the department when you choose your seats.
