OWI Labs Inc. ("OWI Labs", "we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard information when you visit owilabs.com or our self-serve store at wizard.owilabs.com (collectively, the "Site").

Information we collect.

We may collect the following categories of information:

  • Usage data, pages visited, time spent, referring URL, browser type, and device information collected through our analytics tool
  • Contact information, name, email address, company, and role when you voluntarily submit a contact form or email us
  • Order information, contact details, and transaction data related to store purchases, with payment handled directly by Stripe (card details never reach us)
  • Cookies, we use only essential cookies for site functionality; our analytics tool operates without cookies

    • Analytics tool.

    We measure Site traffic using Plausible Analytics (self-hosted), cookieless audience measurement running on our own infrastructure: no data is shared with third parties, no personal identifiers are collected, and data is aggregated. The store events it records (such as starting a checkout or confirming a purchase) contain no personal identifiers.

    How we use your information.

    We use the information we collect to:

  • Operate and improve the Site
  • Respond to your inquiries and provide requested information
  • Process and fulfill store orders and payments
  • Analyze site usage to improve user experience
  • Comply with legal obligations
